The Keeneland Shop stands behind the quality of our merchandise and offers a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition racing memorabilia and customized goods are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or the printed RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own preferred shipping method at your expense.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
